Established in 1947, by the late Ray Bockman, Rayco evolved from a manufacturer of cutting tools for the defense industry during W.W.II, to processed cutting tools, gages, and orthopedic instruments. Starting in the early 2000’s, we transitioned to modern technology and automation. This allowed us to expand our capabilities to provide parts from raw materials to complete assemblies. We can now produce parts with extremely tight tolerances in small or large quantities.

We have expanded our potential by utilizing CNC mills, lathes, and wire EDMs. And to further enhance our customer services, we do all polishing in house.
